The Paddock, a London Borough of Haringey 'Community Nature Park', is located on the Tottenham/Walthamstow border. It is a secluded wildlife haven, crammed with hawthorn, elder, buddleia, wild geraniums, purple flowering comfrey, white daises and pink dog roses.
..
Recognising the park's huge potential as a 'nature-based' teaching resource, we run Winter Workshops in the site's Portakabin. We are hoping to have larger premises there at some point in the future.

The Haringey branch of the London Wildlife Trust organise monthly volunteer work days on the second Sunday of every month. These start at 10.30am and are usually over before 1pm. Anyone interested in going along should meet at the Portacabin.
